Household
It is vitally important that you insure your home.
What would you do if your home was destroyed? You must insure your Home for the total
rebuilding cost should it be destroyed (not the market value)
It is vital to insure your home contents.
Most people under estimate the value of their contents. Contents includes curtains,
carpets, furniture, TV and Hi-Fi, books, collections, jewellery, tools, clothing* and linen*. You
should assess the current cost to replace all these items. Calculate the cost of replacing
everything in your living room now and see how quickly the cost rises!
* Note - an allowance for wear and tear will be deducted from the cost of clothing and linen.
We have invested in "price comparison" software which checks the premiums required by over
20 main insurers for your Household Contents and/or Buildings. Initially we will choose a
competitive premium for your insurance but then we will assess your individual requirements and
advise you of the best policy available.
